    Plaquenil DailyStrength I was on 400 mg of plaquenil 2 years ago when i was first diagnosed as well as prednisone. When she took me off the plaquenil, I definately could feel a difference, a lot of pain returned. I am on it again now for about a year and I have no side effects from it. I do have to have my eyes checked once a year though.
